What parking services do you offer?
We offer a professional, multilingual Meet & Greet and Shuttle transfer service for Alicante Airport.
Annual contract Self-parking
If you select a year through our booking module, you will see our annual price, which include unlimited transfers.
What happens after my reservation?
You will receive an email confirmation with your booking number and instructions.
For our Meet & Greet Service, please call us 15 minutes before arrival at the departure hall.
With our Shuttle Service, you park your car in our parking lot at the reserved time.
How can I pay?
You can pay with Stripe through our booking system, you can choose to pay cash at the parking lot, or at delivery of your car. There are no hidden fees.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking at least one day in advance to ensure availability.
How safely is my car parked?
Our site is monitored 24/7 by staff, CCTV, lighting, and a guard dog. The safety of your vehicle is our top priority.

Where do I meet the driver for the Meet & Greet service?
We'll be waiting for you at the departure hall of Alicante Airport, right after the security gates. Our staff will escort you to a free parking spot for the transfer.
How do I recognize your driver during the Meet & Greet service?
Our drivers wear dark blue clothing with the Safe Parking Alicante logo and can identify themselves with a company badge.
How quickly will I get my car back upon return?
Your car will be at the departure hall within 15 minutes of your call.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
No problem - please let us know any changes as soon as possible, preferably via manage booking, WhatsApp, or email. We'll adjust the schedule immediately.
Will my car be washed while I'm away?
Yes, when parking for 7 days or more, we will wash the outside of your car by hand.
Will you check my car while I'm away?
Yes, when parking for 7 days or more, we check the battery and tire pressure as standard. If your car doesn't start, we'll contact you to resolve the issue together.
Can I also park a camper, caravan or motorcycle?
Yes, that's possible. Please indicate the vehicle type in your request. A special rate applies to motorcycles; please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Can someone else pick up my car?
Yes, that's possible. Please email us in advance with the name and ID number of the authorized person. This person must be able to identify themselves upon pickup.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, you can change your reservation free of charge through our booking system, up to 24 hours before arrival.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Send us an email with your booking number. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your arrival.
What if I don't want my car washed?
Send us an email with your booking details and we will note it in our system.
